Brittany and Josh’s journey began in the most unexpected of times—the height of the pandemic. What started as two friends swapping ideas for over–the–top desserts quickly turned into evenings spent baking, experimenting, and dreaming up the kind of treats they wished existed in their own neighborhood. Their shared love for indulgent sweets sparked countless conversations, and before long, their kitchen had become a creative laboratory for all things delicious.
By Winter of 2024, the pair decided to take their passion more seriously. They began developing and perfecting recipes for rich, velvety cheesecakes and delicate, crisp–on–the–outside macarons. After months of testing, tasting, and refining, their hobby blossomed into a vision. In Spring of 2025, that vision became reality—and Baked Bliss was born.
Baked Bliss is a small–batch, from–scratch bakery with a simple promise: real ingredients made by real people. We believe food should be honest, nourishing, and crafted with care. That’s why we never use preservatives, artificial fillers, or shelf-stabilizers. Instead, we rely on quality ingredients, traditional techniques, and the time it takes to do things the right way.
Brittany brings years of professional baking experience to the table, specializing in pastry and elevated desserts. Her attention to detail, craftsmanship, and dedication to quality are at the heart of every item that leaves the oven. Josh balances the creative side with his strong academic background and enthusiasm for marketing and business development. Together, they blend artistry, strategy, and a shared love for exceptional food to create a bakery experience that feels both personal and unforgettable.
